never cloying, lightened by a gentle tastiness with expressive
notes of rare delicacy
Ideal combining: tasty cheese as well as sweets and
desserts, best with Panettone Genovese. It is a wine for the
great occasions.
Sciacchetrà is a
rare white wine of very limited production
that has become the symbol of Cinque Terre. It is obtained from
the best grapes of the white wines being left to dry in the sun.
The concentration of sugars, combined with the action of the
"noble mould" allow the creation of this outstanding nectar.

enhance its peculiar organoleptic characteristics and its
flagrancy. It is a wine made exclusively by means of natural
processes: from manuring to vinification without any
pasteurization or refrigeration. Fro the region of Luni, with a
great tradition in white wines.
