Genoa and Liguria have a long and renowned tradition in
the production of sweets of great taste. This tradition is being
continued by the firm Delfino that in the heart of the Val Polcevera,
a valley on the hills beyond Genoa, successfully produces a variety of
delicious sweets.
The production comprehends
famous Canestrelli, Lagaccio cookies, Panettone Genovese, and a rich variety of
dried "patisserie" such as Gobeletti, Baci, Amaretti.
